教育信息化是在教育领域全面深入地应用现代信息技术来促进教育改革与发展的过程,是社会信息化发展的必然要求,大力推进教育信息化建设,有着极其重要的战略意义。本文从黑龙江省基础教育信息基础设施、信息资源、信息素养、信息技术应用四个方面,对黑龙江省普教系统教育信息化的现状进行了现状分析与研究。
Educational informationization is a process of applying modern information technology in an all-round and thorough way to promote education reform and development in the field of education. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of social informationization. It is of extremely important strategic significance to vigorously promote education informationization. This article analyzes and studies the status quo of informationization of general education system in Heilongjiang Province from four aspects of basic education information infrastructure, information resources, information literacy and information technology application in Heilongjiang Province.
