道德调控是社会调控的重要方式,它跟法律和其他社会调控手段相比较,具有自己的特点。要提高道德调控的有效性,必须加强道德教育,培育高素质的道德主体;强化道德调控手段的法律性,形成与法律调控、组织调控相统一的调控机制;健全道德奉献与道德回报的激励机制,形成扬善抑恶、趋善避恶的道德环境;健全道德调控的力量体系,形成全社会齐抓共管、人人参与的道德合力;完善道德内在控制机制,帮助社会成员树立道德信念。
Moral regulation is an important way of social regulation and control. It has its own characteristics in comparison with laws and other social control measures. In order to improve the effectiveness of moral regulation, we must strengthen moral education and cultivate a high-quality moral subject.
