五年多来,中央电视台纪录频道在经历自我突破的同时,带领卫视和省市级广播电视台从节目规范、机制创新、播出联盟等方面进行了一系列有益的尝试,无锡市广播电视台(下称“无锡广电”)作为全国城市台唯一的改革试点单位、江苏省文化体制改革综合试点单位就是其中一个范例。无锡广电结合实际,革新了体制、机制,创出了品牌、佳作。本文从机制创新、成果业绩等方面,展示2011年以来,央视纪录频道和无锡广电发生的变化和取得的成绩。
Over the past five years, the CCTV recording channel has made a series of beneficial attempts to lead TV and provincial-level radio and television stations in program specifications, mechanism innovation and broadcasting alliance while making self-breakthrough. The Radio and Television Station of Wuxi Said “Wuxi Broadcasting ”) as the only reform pilot unit of the National Urban Taiwan, Jiangsu Province, integrated pilot reform of cultural system is one of the examples. Wuxi Radio and Television combined with reality, innovation system and mechanism, creating a brand, masterpiece. This article shows the changes and achievements of CCTV recorded channels and Wuxi Broadcasting and Television since 2011 from the aspects of mechanism innovation and achievement achievements.
