常绿杂交卫矛越冬期间叶片中非结构性碳水化合物含量变化

以3年生北海道黄杨、胶州卫矛及其杂交子代为试材,研究了越冬期间3个黄杨品种叶片中可溶性糖(果糖、葡萄糖)含量、淀粉含量和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化过程。结果表明:3个黄杨品种可溶性糖含量的变化趋势均是降低-升高-降低,淀粉含量与之相反。杂交黄杨及其母本北海道黄杨可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量高于胶东卫矛;但在单糖含量中,果糖含量高于葡萄糖含量,这在杂交黄杨中表现更加明显。北海道黄杨的可溶性蛋白质含量显著高于其它2个品种。3个黄杨品种抗寒生理机制并不完全相同;杂交黄杨抗寒性优于父母本,为以后的新品种推广提供理论依据。 The changes of soluble sugar (fructose, glucose) content, starch content and soluble protein content in leaves of three boxwood cultivars during the winter were studied using three-year-old Hokkaido Box Yang and Jiaozhou Elymus and their hybrid progeny as test materials. The results showed that the change trend of soluble sugar content of three varieties was decreased-increased-decreased, but the starch content was the opposite. However, the content of soluble sugar and starch of Boxwood and its female parent Hokkaido were higher than that of Jiaodong. However, the content of fructose was higher than that of glucose in the content of monosaccharide, which was more obvious in hybrid boxwood. Hokkaido boxwood soluble protein content was significantly higher than the other two varieties. The cold hardiness of the three boxwood cultivars was not identical to that of the parents, which provided the theoretical basis for the promotion of new varieties in the future.
