幼年类风湿性关节炎，尤其是少关节炎型．在发病早期因伴有持续性高热，受累的关节局限于单个大关节，极易与化脓性关节炎混淆而误诊误治。1993～1996年我院共住院收治类风湿性关节炎40余例，其中12例曾在院外误诊为化脓性关节炎，现分析如下。12例中2岁1例，7～14岁11例；男女
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, especially less arthritis type. In the early onset due to persistent high fever, involvement of the joints confined to a single big joint, easily confused with suppurative arthritis and misdiagnosis. From 1993 to 1996, a total of more than 40 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were admitted to our hospital, 12 of them were misdiagnosed as suppurative arthritis in the hospital. The analysis is as follows. 12 cases of 2 years in 1 case, 7 to 14 years in 11 cases; men and women
