加强社会保障事业管理队伍建设是我国社会保障事业健康可持续发展的当务之急。本文通过对社会保障事业管理的特点,社会保障事业管理人力资源的现状和成因的剖析,以及社会保障事业管理人员专业素养和执业能力影响社会保障运行效率的分析,揭示出加强社会保障事业管理队伍建设的必要性,构建了社会保障管理人员专业素养和执业能力的评价标准,并提出了加强社会保障事业管理队伍建设的几点思考。
It is imperative to step up the building of a contingent of management personnel in social security undertakings for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s social security undertakings. This article analyzes the characteristics of social security management, the analysis of the current situation and causes of the human resources management of social security management, and the analysis of the influence of the professional qualifications and practicing ability of social security managers on the social security operation efficiency. It reveals that the management team of social security is strengthened The necessity of construction, the evaluation criteria of the professional qualifications and practicing ability of social security administrators have been established, and some suggestions on strengthening the management team building of social security undertakings have been put forward.
