Pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor that is easily misdiagnosed as pancreatic pseudocyst, microcystic tumor, papillary cystic tumor and pancreatic adenocarcinoma. In terms of treatment, it is also very different from the solid tumor of the pancreas.
