1 工程概况 翔殷路越江工程是上海市快速路网中的重要节点工程,它东连规划中的五洲大道,西接翔殷路、中环线,是通往外省市高速公路和连接崇明越江通道、沿海大通道的重要交通要道(见图1)。该工程的建设,对完善上海市的路网系统、提高路网的效能、发挥上海市交通枢纽功能具有重要的作用,也是进一步增强和发挥浦东作为我国改革开放和经济发展龙
1 Project Overview Xiang Yin Road Project is an important node in the expressway network in Shanghai. It is connected to the planned Wuzhou Avenue in the east, Xiang Yin Road and the Central Ring Road in the west, and is connected to the expressways of other provinces and cities and to the Chongming River Passageway, a major thoroughfare along the coast of the main traffic arteries (see Figure 1). The construction of this project plays an important role in perfecting Shanghai’s road network system, improving the efficiency of the road network and bringing Shanghai’s transport hub into full play.
