将55±7岁的42(男41、女1)例病程至少6个月、经积极治疗仍有慢性稳定型心绞痛的患者随机分组,两组的平均年龄、心绞痛既往史、每月心绞痛发作的次数、既往心肌梗塞史及冠状动脉血管病变均无显著差异。选择性冠状动脉造影证实,每例患者至少有1支冠状动脉狭窄≥75%。
42 (41 male, 1 female) patients 55 ± 7 years of age were treated for at least 6 months and were randomized to active treatment of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris. The mean age, previous history of angina, and monthly angina pectoris There was no significant difference in the number of previous history of myocardial infarction and coronary artery disease. Selective coronary angiography confirmed that at least 1 coronary stenosis was ≥75% in each patient.
