塔河流域在近期治理实施以来,项目建设取得了显著成效,呈现出生态效益、经济效益和社会效益共赢的良好局面,但流域水资源统一管理的成效与近期治理规划目标还有相当大的差距。在新疆阿克苏地区温宿县北部,一座洁白的冰川矗立在蓝天白云之下,这便是7439米高的托木尔峰。托木尔峰是天山的最高峰,同时也是中国第一大冰川,冰川总面积达2746平方公里,比祁连山和珠穆朗玛峰等区域的冰川量总和还大。
Since the recent implementation of governance in the Tarim River Basin, the project has achieved remarkable results, presenting a good situation of ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits. However, the effectiveness of unified management of water resources in the basin is still quite large with the objectives of the recent management plan gap. In the northern Aksu region of Xinjiang Wuxuku County, a white glacier stands under the blue sky and white clouds, which is the 7439-meter-high Mount Tauer peak. The Tomsk Peak is the tallest peak of the Tianshan Mountains and the largest glacier in China. The total area of the glaciers is 2,746 square kilometers, which is larger than the sum of glaciers in Qilian Mountains and Mount Qomolangma.
