中国建筑材料联合会会长、中国水泥协会会长乔龙德一行在湖南考察调研时,了解湖南建材行业经济运行状况,分析建材行业发展过程中遇到的新矛盾和新问题,提出了当前建材行业总的工作要围绕“两个遏制、三个加快和两个加强”的济行救市良方。在考察了湖南省水泥协会、湖南南方水泥集团有限公司、湖南南方商品混凝土企业和中材水泥(株洲)公司之后,组织召开了湖南省水泥协会会长和副会长单位代表座谈会。座谈会上乔会长着重阐述了在当前产能严重过剩的形势下,水泥行业、水泥企业应有的作为与举措:
