The Pan-European Digital Trunked Radio System (TETRA) is a multi-functional digital trunked radio standard that was first developed in Europe in 1990. In the security industry, TETRA digital trunking communications system is currently the most widely used trunking system. All government agencies and security departments build the TETRA digital trunking communications system to provide command and dispatch, data transmission and telephone services. With the abundance of security industry data applications, clustering technologies are also integrating more and more capabilities. For example, in an emergency communication scenario, if real-time pictures and videos can be used to quickly and accurately feedback the scene to the dispatch center, no complex language description is needed to facilitate command
