目的研究高原地区急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、血小板(platelet,PLT)及血锌的含量变化及其作用。方法在海拔2260m的青海西宁地区选择了急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者95例和健康对照组88例,分别检测血清Lp(a)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、血小板计数(PLT)及其参数、血清锌含量,对检测结果做统计学分析。结果AMI组Lp(a)、TG、apoB均明显增高,HDL-C则明显降低,与健康对照组的差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)或显著性意义(P<0.05);PLT计数增高,平均体积增大,与健康对照组相比,AMI组呈差异有非常显著(P<0.01)或显著性意义(P<0.05),AMI组血清锌水平明显低于对照组,差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。结论在高原地区除TG和apoB增高,HDL-C减低外,Lp(a)、PLT增高,血清锌降低,是急性心肌梗死的危险因素,对心肌梗死的发病起促进作用。
Objective To study the changes of serum lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)], platelet (PLT) and serum zinc in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in the high altitude area and their effects. Methods A total of 95 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients and 88 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The levels of serum Lp (a), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) LDL-C, TG, apoAI, apolipoprotein B, PLT and their parameters, serum zinc content, The results of statistical analysis. Results The levels of Lp (a), TG and apoB in AMI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01), but the levels of HDL-C were significantly lower in AMI group than in healthy control group (P <0.01) or significant difference (P <0.05). Compared with healthy control group, serum zinc level in AMI group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was significant (P <0.001). Conclusions In addition to the elevation of TG and apoB and the decrease of HDL-C in the plateau, Lp (a) and PLT are elevated and serum zinc is decreased, which is a risk factor for acute myocardial infarction and plays a role in the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction.
