不久前,利用去瑞士日内瓦开会的机会,我忙里偷闲到欧洲足联总部探访了一遭,感触颇多。欧洲足联原先坐落在瑞士首都伯尔尼,不知是因为嫌其首都物价贵还是想离国际足联在苏黎士的总部远些,欧洲足联于去年2月迁址日内瓦近郊的尼翁。新总部由法国人帕提克·伯格设计,已得到当地政府的批准,不久就将动工,现在的办公室是临时的,租借了一座大楼的一部分。从日内瓦市中心乘火车仅用15分钟就可抵达尼翁。在欧洲足联我不仅获得了一些资料,接待处的罗森小姐还回答了我提出的一些问题。据她说每年欧洲足联都要接待上万名的球迷来访,至于信件更是不计其数。当然中国人廖廖无几。
