鸡骨草(Abrus contoniensis Hance)为豆科多年生木质藤本植物,全草入药,具有清热利湿、舒肝止痛、活血散瘀的功效,临床多用于治疗急慢性肝炎、肝硬化腹水等症。自从野生鸡骨草变家种成功后,市场上人工栽培的鸡骨草越来越明显的起着主要作用。那么人工栽培鸡骨草和野生鸡骨草在性质上有否区别,化学成分有否改变呢?为此我们近行了人工栽培鸡骨草和野生鸡骨草的有关化学成分的比较分析。本文先报道总提取物含量和总黄硐含量的比较分析结果,随后再报道薄层层析、皂甙含量等的分析结果。
Abrus contoniensis Hance is a perennial woody vine plant of the leguminous family. It is used as a whole herb and has the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, relieving liver pain, and dispersing blood stasis. It is used clinically to treat acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis with ascites. Since the success of the wilderness of the Abrus cantoniensis, the artificially cultivated Abrus candidum has played a major role in the market. Then, whether there is a difference in the nature of the artificially cultivated Abrus cantoniensis and the wild Abrus cantoni, and whether chemical components have been changed? For this reason, we have conducted comparative analysis of the chemical components of artificially cultivated Abrus cantoniensis and wild Abrus cantoniensis. This article first reported the results of comparative analysis of the total extract content and the total jaundice content, and then reported the analysis results of thin layer chromatography and saponin content.
