患者男性,46岁,加重性干咳2月,心悸气喘、浮肿少尿1周、咯血500ml,于1981年10月14日第5次入院。1956年患肺结核未治愈,间断性脓痰、咯血、盗汗。近3年心悸气喘、浮肿尿少反复发作。1972年至1973年患疟疾2次,经不正规治疗症状消失未再发作。查体:体温37.1℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸25次/分,血压140/90mmHg。消瘦,重病容,半卧位,颈
Male patient, 46 years old, aggravating dry cough in February, palpitations and asthma, swollen oliguria 1 week, hemoptysis 500ml, on October 14, 1981 the fifth admission. 1956 suffering from untreated tuberculosis, intermittent purulent sputum, hemoptysis, night sweats.
