62例驾驶员与修理工冠心病危险因素评价的配对研究表明,驾驶员TG和β-脂蛋白明显高于修理工,差别有显著意义(P<0.05),驾驶员年龄别的收缩压比修理工高,而HDL-C则反之。认为经严格配对控制影响血脂的混杂因素后,出现血脂、血压等指标的改变、主要与驾驶作业长期使神经精神处于高度紧张状态有关.
The paired study of 62 drivers and mechanics in assessing the risk factors for coronary heart disease showed that TG and β-lipoprotein of drivers were significantly higher than those of mechanics (P <0.05). The systolic blood pressure of drivers was higher than that of mechanics, The HDL-C is the opposite. It is considered that the changes of blood lipids, blood pressure and other indicators after strictly confounding and controlling the confounding factors that affect blood lipids are mainly related to the long-term neurological and mental stress in driving operations.
