随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深化,作为和谐社会重要基础的医疗卫生保障工作不断进行改革和创新,特别是在“新农合”和“新医改”双重背景下,给公立医院财务管理工作提出了新的更高的要求,因而必须积极推动公立医院财务管理创新。本文站在“新农合”与“新医改”的大背景下,对公立医院财务管理问题进行了探讨;首先对“新农合”与“新医改”给我国公立医院财务管理提出的新要求进行了分析;最后就如何推动医院财务管理水平提出解决对策。
