目的:探讨专科针灸推拿专业实习教学中临床路径教学方法的应用。方法:对我校100名针灸推拿实习学生进行研究对照,其中50名学生通过临床路径法进行教学为研究组,另50名学生通过传统的教学方式划为对照组。两组实习结束后通过考试对教学效果进行评价。结果:通过临床路径教学的学生平均考试成绩要高于对照组,且高分学生占总人数的80%,对照组高分学生只有50%。研究组平均考试成绩为85.6,对照组平均考试成绩为72.5。研究中高分人数有40人,中等有8人,低分学生有2人。对照组高分有25人,中等有13人,低分有12人。结论:在专业针灸推拿实习教学中采用临床路径进行教学有利于提高教学质量,促进学生学习成绩的提高,使得学生更好的的掌握知识,值得教师借鉴。
Objective: To discuss the application of clinical path teaching in acupuncture and massage specialty practice teaching. Methods: A total of 100 acupuncture and massage practice students in our school were compared. Among them, 50 students were taught by the clinical pathway and the other 50 were classified as the control group by the traditional teaching methods. After the two internships passed the exam to evaluate the teaching effectiveness. Results: The average scores of students who passed the teaching of clinical pathology were higher than that of the control group, and the high score students accounted for 80% of the total and only 50% of the high score students of the control group. The study group average test score was 85.6, the control group average test score was 72.5. In the study, there were 40 high marks, 8 middle marks and 2 low mark marks. The control group had 25 high scores, 13 moderate ones and 12 low scores. Conclusion: Teaching in the practice of acupuncture and moxibustion practice teaching is beneficial to improve the quality of teaching, improve the students’ academic performance, make students better grasp the knowledge, it is worth learning from.
