矿井主通风机监控系统以PLC为控制核心,结合通信和组态软件实现远程监控,并提出了该系统的总体设计方案,分析了流量、风压、振动等参数监测的原理,并结合实例分析了矿井主通风机工作的过程,实践证明:该系统监测数据准确,报警及时,提高了效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,并对矿井主通风机安全运行起到了保驾护航的作用。
