目的掌握上海市金山区托老机构卫生资源配置状况,为进一步合理配置托老机构卫生资源及制定适合的预防保健、消毒隔离措施提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查与访谈形式对全区21家托老机构的卫生资源配置及消毒隔离状况进行调查。结果 21家托老机构总体入住率较低,占床率为62.42%。医护和消毒人员配置相对较少且专业技术层次较低;消毒剂使用没有统一规范。结论要进一步加强托老机构软硬件建设,合理配置人员,提高专业水平,健全各项消毒隔离制度。
Objective To grasp the distribution of health resources in care institutions of Jinshan district in Shanghai, and to provide scientific basis for further rational allocation of health resources in care-giving agencies and for the formulation of suitable preventive and disinfection and isolation measures. Methods The questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the allocation of health resources and the isolation and disinfection of 21 institutions in China. Results The overall occupancy rate of 21 entrusted care agencies was low, accounting for 62.42% of the total. Health care and disinfection personnel configuration is relatively small and professional and technical level is lower; there is no uniform use of disinfectants. Conclusion We should further strengthen the software and hardware construction of care institutions, rationally allocate personnel, improve professional standards, and improve various disinfection and isolation systems.
