对ZA27蜗轮在高速大传动扭矩试验条件下的断裂问题进行了分析。结果表明,材料的内部铸造缺陷及组织中形成的塑性较差的η相组织是导致ZA27蜗轮断裂的主要原因。
The fracture of ZA27 worm gear under the conditions of high speed and large torque is analyzed. The results show that the internal casting defects of the material and the poor ductility of the η phase structure formed in the microstructure are the main reasons leading to the fracture of the ZA27 worm gear.
