由于水力发电技术和施工技术的发展,大中型水电工程建设中相继进口了许多国外生产的水力发电设备和施工设备。从进口设备国际招标采购政策、合同谈判时要关注的条款、国家免税政策等几个方面,论述了水电工程设备进口几个值得注意的问题。
Due to the development of hydropower technology and construction technology, many hydropower equipment and construction equipment produced abroad have been imported into large and medium hydropower projects. From several aspects, such as the international bidding and purchasing policy of imported equipment, the items to be paid attention to when negotiating the contract, and the tax exemption policy of the state, several notable problems concerning the import of hydropower engineering equipment are discussed.
