(一)蛹未必就一定会变成蝴蝶,蝴蝶却一定是由蛹变来的。在蝴蝶还处在蛹的形态之中时,我们就要求蛹长出美丽的翅膀,要求蛹也像蝴蝶那样翩翩飞舞,这种要求不过分么?不滑稽么?明白了这个道理,我们的教育对儿童的要求,特别是对幼小儿童的要求也就不会像我们曾经去做的那样强求、蛮横了。要让儿童结出“善果”来,我们也需要“导其根器”,需要尊重儿童自己的生长规律,满足他成长的一系列阶段里相应的需要。这样,到了应当开花结果的年龄,他会自然而然地大有收获的。有人好心地指出,让儿童早成才是国家的需要。然而,大家都希望儿童早成才,却不能耐心地等到该成才的时候
