在外经贸系统举办的一些外资企业座谈会上,我们经常看到,企业所反映的问题70%以上都与海关有关。企业说到海关,意见往往最大,情绪最是激动,争论也尤为激烈。这个几乎各地都有的现象,在海丰却截然相反,企业都争着表扬海关。海丰县外经贸局陈鸿录局长说,海丰这几年加工贸易能健康快速地发展,其出口能跃居粤东五市第一位,海关起了很大的作用。为探寻其中诀窍和经验,我们采访了汕头海关驻海城办事处陈竞侯主任和稽查保税科吴海军科长。
At some forums for foreign-funded enterprises organized by foreign economic and trade systems, we often see that more than 70% of the problems reflected by enterprises are related to the customs. When it comes to customs, enterprises often have the most views, their emotions are the most exciting and the arguments are especially fierce. This almost everywhere phenomenon, the opposite is true in Haifeng, companies are vying to praise the customs. According to Director Chen Honglu of Haifeng Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Haifeng has a healthy and rapid development of processing trade in recent years. Its exports can rank first in five cities in eastern Guangdong and the customs plays a very big role. In order to find out the know-how and experience, we interviewed Director Chen Jinghou of Shantou Customs Office in Haicheng and Chief Wu Haijun of Inspection and Bonding Section.
