煤矽肺胸部 X 线的早期表现,多为肺门淋巴结肿大,肺内网状纹理改变后出现结节,随着病变进展结节逐渐形成融合块,这就是煤矽肺一般演变的规律。但非结节型煤矽肺易同肺内其它疾病相混淆,造成误诊。现将误诊为“肺结核”二例,依据 X 线胸片追踪观察和可靠的职业史,最后证实为非结节型煤矽肺,报告如下:
The early manifestations of X-ray of chest wall of coal silicosis are mostly swollen hilar lymph nodes. The nodules appear after reticular texture changes in the lungs. As the lesion progresses, nodules gradually form the fusion block, which is the general rule of evolution of coal silicosis. However, non-nodular coal silicosis easily confused with other lung diseases, resulting in misdiagnosis. Now misdiagnosed as “tuberculosis” in two cases, based on X-ray observation and reliable occupational history, and finally confirmed as non-nodular coal silicosis, the report is as follows:
