人力资本决定着技术创新的正常发挥作用和企业整体效益的实现和提高。本文利用资料查证、调查研究等方法,阐述了人力资本是企业劳动者所具有的专业水平及其价值的体现,吸收能力是企业对劳动者能力的利用和吸收;分析了人力资本与吸收能力的关系;进而论证了人力资本对科技创新具有正向影响作用,包括促进科技生产效率、促进企业创新文化形成等等方面。
Human capital determines the normal functioning of technological innovation and the realization and improvement of the overall efficiency of enterprises. This paper uses data verification, investigation and other methods to elaborate that human capital is the professional level of enterprise workers and its value. Absorptive capacity is the utilization and absorption of laborer’s abilities by enterprises. The paper analyzes human capital and absorptive capacity Then it proves that human capital has positive influence on science and technology innovation, including promoting the production efficiency of science and technology and promoting the formation of enterprise innovation culture.
