妊娠抗磷脂综合症是引起女性不育的常见免疫性疾病 ,中药消抗灵对免疫性不育已获得了满意的疗效[1 ] ,但对其机理研究却很少 ,本实验采用离体细胞培养的方法 ,观察消抗灵对大鼠ｈｃＧ诱导的颗粒细胞雌二醇 (Ｅ2 )和孕激素 (Ｐ4)分泌的影响 ,并对其作用机理进行了初步研究。1
Pregnancy antiphospholipid syndrome is a common immune disease that causes female infertility. The traditional Chinese medicine Xiaokangling has achieved satisfactory curative effect on immune infertility [1], but its mechanism research is very few. This experiment uses ex vivo cells. The culture method was used to observe the effect of Xiaokangling on hcG-induced granulosa cell estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4) secretion in rats and to study its mechanism of action. 1
