实验观察具有活血化瘀作用的颈椎通对兔颈内动脉、犬椎动脉血流作用，通过用药前后血流量的观察，并与罂粟硷、颈复康对照比较，结果表明颈椎通有显著增加兔颈内动脉、犬颈椎动脉血流量的作用。其增加血流量效价与药量成正相关，颈椎通（高剂量组）增加血流量作用优于颈复康（Ｐ＜０．０１），与罂粟硷相似（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
