脉冲给药系统(pulsatile delivery system)又名择时释药系统,是根据疾病发作时间规律适时地释放药物的给药系统。相比于单-单元型制剂,多微粒系统具有良好的释放调节性,所以已成为脉冲给药系统新的研究热点。目前多数的口服多微粒脉冲释药系统的释药曲线特征是通过功能性包衣膜实现。所以本文概述了口服多微粒脉冲释药系统中功能性包衣膜的分类及应用进展,重点介绍了包衣膜处方组成对药物释放行为的影响及相应的药物释放机制。
Pulsatile delivery system (also known as timing release drug system), is based on the timing of disease onset timely release of drug delivery system. Compared with the single-unit type preparation, the multi-particle system has good release regulation, so it has become a new research hotspot of pulse drug delivery system. At present, most of the oral multiparticulate pulsatile drug delivery system release curve characteristics through the functional coating film. Therefore, this review summarizes the classification and application progress of functional coated films in oral multiparticulate pulsatile drug delivery systems, and focuses on the effects of the composition of the coated films on the drug release behavior and the corresponding drug release mechanisms.
