我们常把学生比作是早晨的太阳,那么潜能生可能就是迟升的朝阳。比起其他学生,他们更需要班主任的细心呵护,关怀体贴,理解尊重,谆谆诱导……“要小心得像对待一朵玫瑰花上颤动欲坠的露珠。”这句话也许夸张了些,却实实在在地告诫我们,对待潜能生切不可疏忽大意。作为一个教师,有责任、也应该有能力帮助教育好这些潜能生,使他们也能和其他学生一样健康、快乐地成长,展现自己独特的风采。潜能生因为学习差,因而长期不被老师和同学们认可,他们得到表扬的机会很少,得到更多的是批评和训斥。因此他们大多心理上很寂寞,和师生们的关系紧张,也不愿意学习。其实潜能生更需要师生的关心和尊重,渴望表扬与鼓励。一棵小树,成长过程中,
We often compare students to the morning sun, then potential students may be the rising sun. More than any other student, they need the careful care of the head teacher, considerate, understanding, and coveting ... “Be careful to treat dewdropped dew on a rose.” This may be exaggerated , But really tell us that treatment of potential students must not negligently. As a teacher, we have a responsibility and should be able to help educate these potential students, so that they can grow healthily and happily like other students and show their unique style. Potential students because of poor learning, and therefore long-term teachers and students are not recognized, they have little chance of recognition, get more criticism and reprimand. Therefore, most of them are psychologically very lonely, and their teachers and students are nervous and unwilling to learn.
