本工作用雄性大鼠进行实验,观察泥炭腐植酸对大鼠胃酸分泌的影响。实验分4组:即泥炭腐植酸对幽门结扎大鼠(Shay大鼠),Shay大鼠加皮下注射组织胺,Shay大鼠加皮下注射毛果芸香碱以及Shay大鼠加肌肉注射五肽胃泌素所引起胃酸分泌的影响。泥炭腐植酸剂量为50毫克/公斤体重腹腔注射。结果表明:泥炭腐植酸对以上4组所引起的胃酸分泌均有明显的抑制作用。
In this work, male rats were used to observe the effects of peat humic acid on gastric acid secretion in rats.
