期刊编辑人员做的是“为他人作嫁衣裳”的工作。默默无闻,十分辛苦,要有专业知识、写作能力,还要会处理各方面的关系。我写的《祝贺<财务与会计>改刊暨<财务研究>创刊》一文中,提出期刊编辑人员要做到“积极主动地约稿,扎扎实实地审稿改稿,认真仔细地校稿”三个要点。我在写稿中,同中国财政杂志社的编辑朋友们相处,他们的行为处事,验证了我提出的三个要点,又充实了这三个要点的内容。现将我的思路和感受综述如下,反馈给杂志社编辑朋友们共同思考。
Journal editors do the job of “marrying clothes for others”. Obscure, very hard, have professional knowledge, writing ability, but also will deal with all aspects of the relationship. In my article entitled “Congratulations on the Reformation of Finance and Accounting” and the “Founding of a Financial Study”, I proposed that the editorial staff of a journal should "actively and voluntarily make an appointment and review the manuscript in a down-to-earth manner, carefully and carefully draft, Three points. In writing, I worked with editorial friends of China’s financial magazine, and their actions and actions verified the three points I put forward and enriched the contents of these three points. Now my thoughts and feelings are summarized below, feedback to the magazine editors and friends to think together.
