采用热膨胀仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜研究Cr对低碳钢显微组织和奥氏体向铁素体转变温度的影响。结果表明,随着Cr含量由0.37%提高到1.8%,铁素体晶粒得到明显细化,平均尺寸由45μm减少到15μm,同时块状铁素体数量减少,针状或条状铁素体数量增加,并且转变初始温度升高了32.3℃,转变区间增大了33.6℃,转变终止温度基本不变。
The effects of Cr on the microstructure and austenite to ferrite transformation temperature of mild steel were investigated by means of dilatometer, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that as the content of Cr increases from 0.37% to 1.8%, the ferrite grains are obviously refined and the average size decreases from 45μm to 15μm. At the same time, the amount of massive ferrite decreases.
