Objective To analyze the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, total cholesterol / high density lipoprotein (TC / HDL) and acute cerebral infarction and provide valuable reference information for future clinical examination. Methods A total of 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met clinical criteria were selected as the observation group and 130 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, TC and HDL levels were detected in both groups The test results for comparative analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the TC level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), HDL levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction may have high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, elevated TC levels and decreased HDL levels, which is of guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and is worth noting.
