产业融合是当前我国经济发展的一大潮流,对我国企业的发展战略具有重要的影响。为了适应产业融合的潮流,企业需要不断创新发展战略,不断往周边产业渗透。企业界应对产业融合潮流的主要战略反应为实现多元化经营、加强企业之间的联合以及不断扩大企业的经营范围。下面,笔者将对企业战略创新进行分析,旨在为企业发展提供相应的借鉴。
Industry integration is a major trend of our country’s economic development and has an important influence on the development strategy of our country’s enterprises. In order to adapt to the trend of industrial integration, companies need to constantly develop innovative strategies to continuously penetrate into the surrounding industries. The major strategic responses of enterprises to the trend of industrial convergence are to diversify their operations, strengthen their cooperation and expand their business scope. The following, I will analyze the strategic innovation of enterprises, aimed at providing a corresponding reference for the development of enterprises.
