补充人参G115对离心运动后大鼠骨骼肌微损伤的干预效果研究

目的:探讨补充G115对离心运动后骨骼肌微损伤的营养干预效果。方法:将72只雄性SD大鼠分为安静组(A)、运动组(B)和运动+灌胃组(C),其中运动组和运动+灌胃组按运动后不同时间点取材又分为4个亚组:运动后即刻(B1、C1)、24小时(B2、C2)、48小时(B3、C3)和72小时(B4、C4),所有动物膳食平衡2周后进行实验(运动+灌胃组和运动组在膳食平衡期间,每天分别以1.5%人参G115溶液2ml和等量蒸馏水灌胃)。运动组和运动+灌胃组大鼠以16m/min的速度、-16°的坡度进行5分钟运动、2分钟休息、总时间为120分钟的间歇性跑台运动,运动前1小时分别以等量蒸馏水或1.5%人参G115溶液2ml灌胃。测定各组运动后即刻、24小时、48小时和72小时血清肌酸激酶(CK)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,尿液3-甲基组氨酸(3-MH)含量,骨骼肌葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)和β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(GUS)活性。结果:(1)B2组血清CK活性显著高于B1组(P<0.05),C2组血清CK活性显著高于C1组(P<0.05);B2、B3、B4组血清MDA含量显著高于B1组(P<0.05),C2、C3、C4组血清MDA含量分别显著低于B2、B3、B4组(P<0.05)。(2)B1组和B2组尿3-MH显著低于A组(P<0.05),B4组尿3-MH显著低于B1组(P<0.05)。(3)C1、C2、C3、C4组骨骼肌G6PDH和GUS活性分别显著低于B1、B2、B3、B4组(P<0.05)。结论:补充人参G115可抑制运动引起的血清MDA含量升高,促进运动后的恢复;补充人参G115对抑制运动引起的蛋白质降解有一定的作用,但效果不明显,也不能较好促进降解蛋白的修复;补充人参G115还能抑制骨骼肌组织中炎症反应标志物G6PDH和GUS活性增高,有明显抗离心运动引起的骨骼肌微损伤所伴随的炎症反应的作用。 Objective: To investigate the nutritional intervention of G115 on skeletal muscle micro-damage after eccentric exercise. The serum CK activity in B2 group was significantly higher than that in B1 group (P <0.05). The serum CK activity in C2 group was significantly higher than that in C1 group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Serum MDA levels in C2, C3 and C4 groups were significantly lower than those in B2, B3 and B4 groups (P <0.05). (2) The urinary 3-MH in group B1 and group B2 were significantly lower than that in group A (P <0.05). The urinary 3-MH in group B4 was significantly lower than that in group B1 (P <0.05). (3) The activities of G6PDH and GUS of skeletal muscle in C1, C2, C3 and C4 groups were significantly lower than those in B1, B2, B3 and B4 groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Ginsenoside G115 can inhibit the increase of MDA content in exercise-induced serum and promote recovery after exercise. Supplementation of G115 can inhibit the protein degradation induced by exercise, but its effect is not obvious and can not promote the degradation of protein Repair; Supplement ginseng G115 can inhibit skeletal muscle tissue inflammatory response markers G6PDH and GUS increased activity, there is a clear anti-eccentric exercise caused by skeletal muscle damage accompanied by inflammatory reaction.
