采用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解患者的残留早幼粒白血病-α维甲酸受体融合基因(PML-RARα)。缓解期在3年之内的10例中9例阳性,1例阴性,缓解期在3年以上者7例,4例阴性,3例阳性,两组阳性率相差显著,P<0.05。在PML-RARα表达阳性的患者中已有3例复发,1例复发趋势,5例PML-RARα阴性患者已随访11±4月均无复发迹象。对阴性患者放松治疗,对阳性患者继续治疗,4例原已停止治疗的患者结果阳性,继续治疗后目前随访12个月(中数),尚无复发证据。
Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction was used to detect residual promyeloid leukemia-alpha retinoic acid receptor fusion gene (PML-RARα) in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia. Among the 10 patients with remission within 3 years, 9 were positive, 1 was negative, and 7 were more than 3 years after remission. Four patients were negative and three patients were positive. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There were 3 cases of recurrence in PML-RARα-positive patients, 1 case of recurrence, and 5 cases of PML-RARα-negative patients were followed up for 11 ± 4 months. Patients in negative patients were treated for relaxation and continued treatment in positive patients. The results of 4 patients who had been discontinued were positive. The patients were followed up for 12 months (median) after continued treatment and no evidence of recurrence was found.
