要读通文言文,首先要理解每个词的意义。一个词的义项往往不止一个,但是任何一个词,进入句子以后,它的意义就只能是一个了。那末,怎样确定词义的“这一个”呢?我们以历届高考语文试题为例,提出几条办法供大家参考。一、温故而知新。试题中要求解释的词义(或要求翻译的句子中的词义)有课内的,也有课外的。即使是课外的,绝大多数也是课内曾经出现过的,因此,我们可以联系旧知识来解决新问题。试比较下面三例:
