商务部11月5日发布2009年第91号公告,决定在对原产于美国的进口白羽肉鸡产品反补贴调查中,对国内申请人主张的新增指控补贴项目进行调查。公告称,商务部于2009年9月27日发布第75号公告对原产于美国的进口白羽肉鸡产品进行反补贴调查。2009年10月13日,中国畜牧业协会代表国内白羽肉鸡产业就该调查提交了新增指控补贴项目反补贴调查申请,请求对一些新增指控补贴项目进行调查。
Ministry of Commerce released Notice No. 91 of 2009 on November 5, and decided to investigate the newly-added accusation subsidy items claimed by domestic applicants during the anti-subsidy investigation on white-feathered broiler products originating from the United States. The announcement said that the Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 75 on September 27, 2009 on counterfeit investigation of imported white-feathered broiler products originating in the United States. On October 13, 2009, the China Livestock Husbandry Association, on behalf of the domestic white-feathered broiler industry, submitted an application for anti-subsidy investigation for newly accredited subsidy projects on the investigation and requested some investigations into some new accusation subsidy projects.
