试验以7年生的酸橙砧温州蜜柑为试材,选择前一年产量及树冠体积相同,而且当年花量较多(每100个节间有花97朵)的树。用 NAA(萘乙酸)全树喷洒,喷药时间为6月16日,(大约完全开花后40天),6月26日,7月11日,每个时期的 NAA 使用浓度为2 5ppm,及200ppm,加上未处理的树作为对照,共为7个处理,按随机区组设计,每处理每小区3株树,4次重复,获得结果如下。
The experiment was carried out on the 7-year-old orange ankle mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc.) As the test material. The tree with the same annual yield and crown volume as that of the previous year and more flowers per year (97 flowers per 100 internodes) was selected.
