采用菌土法对抗性不同的5个甘蓝品种(先甘336、西园四号、西园六号、GZ32和京丰一号)进行根肿病室内人工抗性鉴定,并对其根中的钙、镁、硫元素质量比进行了测定和比较,同时比较了不同钙、镁、硫肥料组合对甘蓝根肿病的防治效果,以进一步明确钙、镁、硫3种元素与甘蓝根肿病抗性之间的关系,结果表明5个甘蓝品种中的镁元素质量比之间差异均具有统计学意义,且抗病品种先甘336中的镁元素质量比均明显高于耐病品种和感病品种,先甘336中的钙元素质量比与感病品种GZ32和京丰一号之间差异具有统计学意义,而抗病品种、耐病品种和感病品种根中硫的质量比差异不具有统计学意义.肥效试验结果表明,单独施用过磷酸钙和镁肥能够有效防治甘蓝根肿病的发生,过磷酸钙与镁肥按一定比例配合施用也能达到同样的效果,单独施用硫酸铵对甘蓝根肿病没有明显的防治效果,过磷酸钙与硫酸铵配合施用反而加重了根肿病的发生,这将对甘蓝根肿病的防治提供新的思路.
