建设和谐社区是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。为此,本文通过对社区的基本内涵、现代社区的具体特征和功能、当前的社区发展形势做出重新评估,提出了和谐社区建设的新理念,即把社区建成弥合阶层分化的、平等的生活空间,化解经济矛盾、避免社会冲突的整合空间,累积价值传统、维系社会规范的文化空间,从而形成均衡有序的现代社区结构,构建安居乐业、守望相助的地方性生活共同体。同时,本文也提出了达成这一目标的若干策略建议。
Building a harmonious community is an important foundation for building a harmonious socialist society. To this end, this article re-evaluate the basic connotation of the community, the specific characteristics and functions of the modern community, the current situation of community development, put forward a new concept of building a harmonious community, that is, the community built to close the differentiation of social stratification, equality of life Space, resolve economic conflicts, avoid the integration space of social conflicts, accumulate value traditions, and maintain the social norms of cultural space, so as to form a balanced and orderly modern community structure and build a community of local people living and working in peace and contentment. At the same time, this article also put forward some strategic suggestions to achieve this goal.
