随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,和《中华人民共和国献血法》及《血站管理办法》等法律法规的颁布与实施,对血站人员资质的要求更加严格,因此充分做好血站人事档案的管理工作,对血站人员的管理与合理利用起着重要作用。本文先对目前人事档案管理提出几点不足,再根据不足之处,对人事档案管理工作提出几点建议。通过对人事档案管理的建议,解决血站人事档案管理中存在的问题,从而使血站人事档案工作不断完善,做到人员信息有效保存,对人力资源的合理利用提供详尽资料,使档案管理工作发挥更大作用。
