[目的]探讨Bax、Bcl-2和cyclin D1在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)组织中的表达状况与临床病理特征的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法检测92例初治NHL病例肿瘤组织中Bax、Bcl-2和cyclin D1的表达状况,分析这3个基因的表达状况与NHL病理类型、疾病分期等的关系。[结果]Bax、Bcl-2和cyclin D1的阳性率分别为79.4%,93.5%和34.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。cyclin D1基因在B细胞性NHL中的阳性率显著高于其在T细胞性NHL中的阳性率(P<0.05);而Bax和Bcl-2在B细胞性和T细胞性NHL之间的阳性率的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。Bax、Bcl-2和cyclin D1表达状况与NHL的临床分期、国际预后指数(IPI)均无相关性(均P>0.05)。[结论]Bax、Bcl-2和cyclin D1在NHL中的表达状况有显著性差异,但与NHL疾病分期和IPI均无相关性。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) tissues and clinicopathological features. [Methods] The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 in 92 newly diagnosed NHL cases were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of these three genes and the pathological type of NHL, disease stage and so on were analyzed. [Results] The positive rates of Bax, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 were 79.4%, 93.5% and 34.8%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The positive rate of cyclin D1 gene in B-cell NHL was significantly higher than that in T-cell NHL (P <0.05), whereas the positive rates of Bax and Bcl-2 between B-cell and T-cell NHL The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 had no correlation with the clinical stages of NHL, International Prognostic Index (IPI) (all P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The expressions of Bax, Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 in NHL are significantly different, but have no correlation with the stage of NHL disease and IPI.
