首先采用机械磨浆法制备了一系列不同尺寸的微纤化纤维素(MFC),然后通过不同的测试手段(包括Pulpeye纤维分析仪、FQA纸浆质量分析仪和沉淀法)对其纤维形态进行了测定,并对所得结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着磨浆比能耗的增加,MFC的长度、宽度和长宽比明显减小,细小纤维含量明显增加,卷曲指数(率)变化不大;Pulpeye与FQA测得的结果较为接近,前者的测量精度相对更高;沉淀法成本较低、操作简便,其测得的MFC长宽比相对两种仪器所测得的值较高,但与两者之间均存在一定的相关性。
