目的建立同时测定裸花紫珠片中连翘酯苷B、毛蕊花糖苷与异毛蕊花糖苷3种苯乙醇苷类成分的高效液相色谱法。方法用50%乙醇超声提取样品,乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(18.2∶81.8)为流动相,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流速为0.8 m L·min-1,进样量为10μL,检测波长为327 nm,检测时间为25 min。结果连翘酯苷B、毛蕊花糖苷与异毛蕊花糖苷分别在0.936~4.680,1.852~9.260,2.140~10.700μg内线性关系良好(r分别为0.999 1,0.999 9,0.999 9),加样回收率分别为100.07%,99.98%,97.78%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于裸花紫珠片等裸花紫珠各类产品中苯乙醇苷类成分的含量检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 3 phenylethanoid glycosides of forsythiaside B, abacus glycoside and abscisic acid in Bupleurum chinense tablets. Methods The sample was extracted with 50% ethanol and acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (18.2: 81.8) was used as the mobile phase. The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 0.8 m L · min-1, the injection volume was 10 μL, the detection wavelength was 327 nm and the detection time was 25 min. Results Forsythiaside B, verbascoside and isogamidoside showed good linearity (r = 0.999, 0.999 9 and 0.9999, respectively) in 0.936 ~ 4.680, 1.852 ~ 9.260 and 2.140 ~ 100.07%, 99.98%, 97.78%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of phenylethanoid glycosides in various products such as nucifera and purple beads.
