应用抗突变型p53单抗对来自21例喉癌病人的癌及癌旁病变组织进行了免疫组化研究。结果表明:p53蛋白在癌旁正常粘膜、单纯增生、非典型增生及癌变组织中的阳性率分别是14.3%、20.8%、47.1%和52.4%,阳性率呈递增的趋势,p53蛋白在各病变组织中的表达强度也逐渐提高。说明p53表达的改变可发生在喉粘膜癌变的早期,p53的过度表达可作为诊断喉癌早期病变的一个生物指标。
Immunohistochemical studies of cancerous and paracancerous lesions from 21 patients with laryngeal cancer were performed using anti-mutant p53 monoclonal antibody. The results showed that the positive rates of p53 protein in adjacent normal mucosa, simple hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and cancerous tissues were 14.3%, 20.8%, 47.1% and 52.4% The trend of p53 protein expression in each lesion intensity also gradually increased. These results suggest that the alteration of p53 expression may occur in the early stage of laryngeal mucosal carcinogenesis. The overexpression of p53 may be used as a biomarker to diagnose the early stage of laryngeal cancer.
