经室内198次配方试验及毒力测定和野外大面积防治试验筛选出“803”系列烟雾剂,在室内对油茶炭疽菌分生孢子萌发有较明显的抑杀作用;在野外于油茶落果期及病菌孢子飞散期放烟,对抑制果柄离层区形成,防治生理落果以及防治炭疽落果均有一定效果。其中以803D_2效果较好且稳定,平均单株日落果率较对照减少39.3%;平均每亩增产茶果52.7%。此烟雾剂可土法生产,成本低,可大面积推广。
After 198 indoor formula tests and virulence tests and extensive field control tests, the “803” series aerosol agent was screened out to inhibit the conidial germination of Camellia oleifera in laboratory indoors. Period and the spores of bacteria scattered during the release of smoke, the inhibition of the formation of the petiole separation zone, the prevention and control of physical drop and the prevention and treatment of anthracnose drop fruit have a certain effect. Among them, the effect of 803D_2 was better and stable, the average fruit drop per plant was 39.3% lower than that of the control; the average yield of tea leaves per acre was 52.7%. This aerosol can be indigenous production, low cost, large-scale promotion.
