Diversification of algorithms is one of the teaching concepts advocated by “Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard”. Respecting students’ individualized thinking and hoping to hear different voices of students in the classroom has become a highlight of the course teaching. To make the algorithm diverse in the classroom to be reflected, we must give full play to the leading role of teachers to handle the four kinds of relationships.
